Franziska vom Biberhof
At the age of 35, Franziska moved to the Biberhof farm in the Mühlviertel region after previously working in the software industry. Today, she is a passionate farmer on the Biberhof farm, where she produces food with dedication. Her aim is to give consumers the opportunity to experience first-hand how food is produced. Anyone interested can come to the farm and see for themselves how carefully and responsibly the farm is run.
For Franziska, organic farming is a matter of course. This sustainable approach not only reflects her convictions, but also her deep connection to nature. The Biberhof farm therefore not only produces high-quality food, but also raises awareness of organic farming.
